About the Role:
- Canacre's core services focus on leadership in Environment and Land services throughout the project lifecycle.
- This position involves field surveys, data collection, and regulatory compliance for wetland and watercourse projects.
What You'll Do:
- Conduct site assessments to evaluate wetland conditions, vegetation, hydrology, and wildlife habitats.
- Create detailed maps and reports using GIS to document surveyed areas.
- Participate in restoration projects and provide expertise on re-establishing natural habitats.
What You'll Bring:
- A degree in Biology, Engineering, Geology, or Environmental Sciences with 5+ years of consulting experience.
- Professional experience with Section 401/404 regulations, wetland delineations, and NEPA assessments.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work with colleagues across different regions.
