Senior Director (Water Resources)

J.S. Held is hiring a Senior Director to join its team within the Energy and Environmental Advisory Service Line. This position will focus on water resources consulting and leadership related to project planning and development, regulatory compliance, permitting, and field services. The position will require demonstrated experience in and knowledge of the Clean Water Act (CWA) and related federal, state, and local requirements; state and federal National Pollution Discharge Elimination (NPDES) permitting; U.S. Corps of Engineers (USACE) permitting; and National Environmental Policy Act (NEPA) compliance. The successful candidate must be capable of managing varying priorities to provide high-quality project deliverables completed on time and within budget. The candidate will need to demonstrate initiative and critical thinking to customize work approaches, present information, and issue resolutions.
