Requirements:

Deep industrial design chops: you own the vision, not just the CAD.
A portfolio that shows restraint, premium materials, and intuitive physical interaction.
“Less is more” design philosophy demonstrated through your work.

Nice to Have:

Experience with products like Sonos, Apple hardware, GoPro, or high-end outdoor equipment.
A track record of making something complex feel inevitable.
