SDET & QA Manager

As an onX SDET & QA Manager , you will lead a team of SDETs, Quality Assurance Engineers, and Quality Assurance Analysts. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in test automation frameworks for native mobile applications and web applications, as well as a background in general software quality assurance. Oversee performance, load, and reliability testing to validate the platform’s ability to scale with user and data growth in a high-velocity, high-volume environment. Champion the adoption of advanced software development tools and practices, ensuring that we stay at the forefront of technology trends for quality. Increase usage of AI and new AI-based workflows by QAs and SDETs in order to improve test effectiveness. Uphold and advance quality, performance, reliability and security standards, collaborating within the Core domain to integrate robust testing processes and tools effectively. Proactively identify opportunities for process improvement, technological innovation, and team growth, setting short and long-term goals that propel people forward.
