Data Analyst - Partner Operations

Seeking a Data Analyst to drive the creation of various reports and data views that are important to run the programme. This role requires someone proficient in working with Google Sheets/MS Excel, is passionate about working with data and obsessed with presenting valuable data-based insights. The individual will be responsible for regularly maintaining all data trackers used to guide decisions during programme implementation. The individual will work closely with the rest of the members of the schools team to understand the requirements and create data-views that can help empower the schools team members for internal or external meetings. The responsibilities include creating data views at the state, district, block, and school levels to measure success, maintaining data trackers, and pre-processing raw school data. Also includes creating aggregate data views of the support team data and training team data that can be presented for analysis
