Per Diem Nurse Practitioner

This role involves remote supervision of RNs, performing chart audits, and ensuring adherence to company policies. The responsibilities include assessing and documenting the health status of new patients and assisting with the annual staff review process, including skill competency assessments. The Nurse Practitioner will openly communicate with referring/prescribing providers for order clarification, patient status updates, and care plan discussions. Candidates should have excellent IV skills, familiarity with EHR systems, be board certified, and have current BLS CPR certification.
