Senior Implementation Code Consultant

As a Senior Implementation Code Consultant at Clariti, you’ll get to: Research, interpret and apply local and state building, zoning, and other applicable codes for residential and commercial projects. Lead discovery and requirements-gathering sessions with city stakeholders, capturing jurisdiction-specific permitting nuances, local amendments, and plan review workflows to guide configuration and implementation. Translate and configure complex building, zoning, fire, and accessibility code provisions into CivCheck’s AI platform. Test, validate, and fine-tune the configured regulations to ensure accurate interpretation and application of codes by the AI engine. Clearly articulate code rationale (when, how, and why it applies to a project). Collaborate closely with the Engagement Manager and Onboarding Specialist to deliver successful city implementations. Maintain detailed documentation of configuration workbooks, requirements, and system updates. Serve as a trusted advisor and thought partner to cities, helping them streamline plan review and permitting through clear processes and smart, modern technology.
