Red Team Operations Manager

This role involves leading Red Team engagements across various industries:

• Define project scope, objectives, and rules of engagement, ensuring alignment with compliance frameworks.
• Manage resources, track progress, and make real-time decisions during operations.
• Review deliverables, approve final reports, and lead strategic debriefs with clients.

It requires strong technical skills and experience:

• Possess deep knowledge of exploitation, post-exploitation, lateral movement, and evasion techniques.
• Familiarity with modern cloud environments, hybrid networks, and security controls.
• Strong opsSec awareness to conduct operations with minimal risk.

The role involves research, development, and stakeholder management:

• Mentor Red Team operators, drive research, and maintain knowledge base of tactics, techniques, and procedures (TTPs).
• Assist in scoping and proposal of Red Team engagements for prospects.
• Liaise with clients’ Security, Legal, Compliance, IT, and Cloud teams.
