About the Role:
- Blends agile, flow-based delivery practices with ability to coordinate multiple workstreams.
- Works closely with Technical Leads, engineers, and senior stakeholders.
- Ideal for someone who can zoom out to see the bigger picture while helping teams maintain delivery flow.
Responsibilities:
- Coordinate delivery across multiple related projects or workstreams to ensure alignment with programme goals.
- Lead delivery activities using Kanban and flow-based agile practices across one or more teams.
- Provide structured but concise reporting suitable for programme sponsors and senior leadership.
Key Skills:
- Experience managing software delivery across multiple teams or workstreams.
- Strong understanding of flow-based agile delivery and programme-level planning.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills at all levels.
