Job Description
As a UX Designer II, you'll play a crucial role in enhancing user engagement with churches through creative problem-solving. This role is perfect for individuals passionate about tackling real user challenges iteratively. Your responsibilities include crafting captivating user experiences for church engagement and empowering clients to manage their church's content effectively. Design and prototype elegant solutions for mobile and web apps, partner with product managers on product strategy and definition. Identify user needs, sketch solutions with prototypes, test ideas with UX researchers, and refine designs with data and user feedback. Document detailed interaction models and UI specifications. Collaborate with other designers to maintain design consistency and coherence across the features on Subsplash products. Manage and prioritize a workload of multiple projects from concept to completion and evangelize best UX practices to other designers, engineers, and product managers.
