Senior Technical Product Designer

Lead end-to-end design processes, creating intuitive and visually compelling user interfaces, user flows, and interactive prototypes. Take ownership of new features, from initial research and concept through design and user validation. Conduct targeted user research and usability testing to deeply understand customer and stakeholder needs, informing design decisions. Work closely with product managers to define product requirements and translate them into actionable design solutions. Engage actively with engineering teams, ensuring feasibility and high-quality execution of designs. Continuously enhance our existing product by identifying areas for improvement and proposing innovative solutions. Advocate for and help evolve design guidelines, standards, and best practices across the organization. Manage relationships and drive alignment with internal stakeholders. Collaborate effectively with distributed teams across multiple time zones, including North America, Europe and New Zealand. Drive non-feature related design projects, such as ensuring the seamless integration of multiple products' look and feel.
