Senior Node.js Backend Developer

We seek a Senior Backend Developer to help build and scale backend services that power our mental health care platform. You’ll be working on high-impact features, leading architectural decisions, and contributing to a system used by clients and providers nationwide. The ideal candidate has strong experience in Node.js (NestJS), TypeScript, PostgreSQL, and API development (REST/GraphQL) —with a solid grasp of scalability and modern software architecture. Responsibilities include designing and developing robust backend systems and scalable APIs, implementing and optimizing PostgreSQL queries and data models. Also includes collaborating with cross-functional teams to define and deliver backend solutions, contributing to architectural discussions focused on performance, scalability, and security, mentoring junior developers and provide technical guidance, and supporting CI/CD pipelines and infrastructure when needed.
