Senior Product Designer

We are seeking a talented Senior Product Designer to join our team. We're looking for someone with strong UX/UI design experience to help develop our enterprise dashboards and retail apps. You should have a passion for design and the ability to create engaging visual content for our marketing initiatives. As our first in-house designer, you'll help lay the foundation for our growing design team while handling both product and marketing design responsibilities. RESPONSIBILITIES: Own the design processes end-to-end for new products and features in close collaboration with product managers. Build and maintain a future-proof design system for Kiln products. Maintain design file integrity and ensure alignment with production applications. Work independently and collaboratively with Product and Marketing teams on experiences, campaigns, graphic concepts, assets, and visual treatments.
