Network Automation Software Lead

About the Role:

• We're hiring a Network Automation Software Lead to build and own the ZTP and automation platform for GPU network fabrics.
• The goal is zero human intervention with full fabric validation, from rack-and-stack to production-ready automatically.
• You'll report to a Software Engineering Lead and own the platform's integration with the rest of the software stack.

What You’ll Do:

• Own the end-to-end ZTP pipeline: bare-metal switch boot to production with zero human intervention.
• Build intent-based config generation with GitOps deployment, pre/post-change validation, and safe rollback.
• Establish streaming telemetry and metrics pipelines for fabric health, including RoCE health, optics, and BGP/EVPN state.

Who You Are:

• 8+ years of experience building network automation at scale, ideally at a hyperscaler or large datacenter operator.
• Strong software engineering fundamentals in Python and/or Go, with real production practices.
• Hands-on depth with datacenter Clos fabrics, BGP, EVPN/VXLAN, and ideally RoCEv2 for GPU networks.
