Senior Brand Designer

Responsibilities:

• Lead the strategic evolution of Maven's brand identity, identifying opportunities to refine and enhance our visual language.
• Champion a culture of design excellence, setting a high bar for visual execution and inspiring the team to push creative boundaries.
• Build scalable visual systems that ensure consistency and impact across all project types.

Minimum Qualifications:

• 6+ years of progressive visual design experience with a track record of evolving brand identities.
• Expert proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite and Figma.
• Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate design concepts and influence stakeholders.
