Subject Matter Expert – Government (English/Arabic)

About the Opportunity:

• LILT is seeking experienced Government professionals to support an AI benchmarking project focused on Egyptian public sector environments.
• As a Subject Matter Expert, you will create and review realistic scenarios reflecting operational, administrative, compliance, public safety, and social service challenges.

What You’ll Deliver:

• Design realistic government scenarios in Arabic or English grounded in Egyptian public sector contexts.
• Adapt structured evaluation rubrics for operational problem-solving, policy interpretation, case management, and decision-making.
• Review AI and human-generated responses for accuracy, procedural compliance, cultural appropriateness, and operational realism.

Qualifications:

• Native Arabic with strong professional English proficiency.
• 5+ years of professional experience in government, public administration, social services, public safety, compliance, or community programs.
• Strong understanding of public sector workflows, operational procedures, regulatory requirements, and Egyptian government environments.
