Data Architect

Join CaptivateIQ’s Integration Solutions team as a Data Architect focused on building and supporting integrations between our platform and critical external systems. This is a customer-facing role centered on implementation, not core product or platform engineering. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys translating technical capabilities into practical solutions for real business problems. You'll work closely with clients and cross-functional teams to design, implement, and support scalable integration solutions. Ideal for someone who enjoys problem-solving, automation, and contributing to a growing, fast-paced services team. Responsibilities include leading end-to-end implementation of advanced integrations, serving as a subject matter expert for integration escalations, partnering with various teams, troubleshooting integrations, setting up automations, contributing to documentation, staying current with product changes, and scripting/automating workflows.
