- Partner with the Director of Security and cover operational duties during audits, board cycles, or vacations.

- You have led a security team beyond the gatekeeper model and can point to measurable improvements.
- You think in risk, not checklists, and treat automation and AI as the first responder.
What You'll Do:
- Manage team priorities, simplify security workflows, and route findings to the right owners.
- Publish security posture to engineering monthly and to executives quarterly.
