Data Analyst

As a Data Analyst, your primary responsibility will be to work with stakeholders across business functions to build analytics products that enable data-driven decision making. You will guide analytics projects from discovery to solution and help us raise the bar for how we should apply our data to business decisions. On the analytics team, you will work cross-functionally with our Clinical Intelligence business partners (clinical operations, customer success, sales, product management) to answer questions, provide ad hoc analysis, build enterprise level dashboards, and provide insight for business users to improve outcomes using Python, SQL, Tableau, and Excel. You will also determine the best ways to automate satisfying business needs, using scheduled reports and dashboards to streamline delivery of analysis to stakeholders and customers. You will lead and deliver reporting and analysis initiatives in partnership with business stakeholders to monitor performance and support data-driven strategic and operational decisions. You will identify opportunities to leverage analytics in driving meaningful action and improving outcomes for internal teams and customers.
