About the Role:
- Arch Systems is building the future of manufacturing intelligence with the ArchFX Cloud platform.
- You'll work with data from factory machines, processing and preparing it for analytics and visualization.
Scope of Engagement:
- Design and deliver backend features in Python for large-scale enterprise SaaS.
- Own a sync and reconciliation engine for distributed edge clients and cloud consistency.
- Build APIs reliable and fast enough to power latency-sensitive operational UIs.
What You Bring:
- 10+ years of professional software development with Python and Django.
- Experience with large, complex backend SaaS applications.
- Strong skills in modeling complex data systems and delivering scalable solutions.
Engagement Terms:
- This is an independent contractor (B2B) engagement, not an offer of employment.
- The annualised contract rate is USD $120,000 – $140,000.
- Open to contractors based in Eastern Europe with remote-first work.
