Staff Data Architect

As a Staff Data Architect, you'll define and maintain architectural standards and patterns for data ingestion, modeling, curation, and serving layers (OLTP, OLAP, streaming, and AI). You will also design logical and physical data models across systems, ensuring domain alignment, lineage, and semantic consistency; and collaborate with domain teams to evolve a shared, federated data architecture aligned with business outcomes. Partner with platform and engineering teams to design and implement scalable, cost-efficient, and reliable data infrastructure leveraging cloud capabilities. You will also mentor engineers and architects, codifying best practices and raising the engineering bar across teams. Ensure architectural patterns enable both real-time and analytical use cases, supporting streaming and batch pipelines seamlessly.
