- Coordinate production workflows and communicate with clients, hosts, editors, and designers.
- Proactively identify and resolve issues to maintain client satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage guest booking pipeline including sourcing, outreach, scheduling, and confirmations.
- Track episode timelines, deliverables, assets, and publishing status.
- Use AI tools to improve research, outreach, coordination, and quality control.
