Business Intelligence Analyst

We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Business Intelligence (BI) Analyst to join our team. The BI Analyst will be responsible for collecting, analyzing, and transforming data into actionable insights that drive strategic decision-making across the organization. This role requires strong technical expertise in data analysis, visualization, and reporting, along with the ability to communicate findings effectively to both technical and non-technical stakeholders. The BI Analyst will develop, maintain, and optimize BI reports, dashboards, and data models using tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or Looker; work closely with business stakeholders to understand reporting needs and translate them into effective data solutions; extract, clean, and analyze data from various sources; provide actionable insights and recommendations to support strategic and operational decision-making, and more.
