Responsibilities:

  • Perform high level bulk power system studies using various power system software.
  • Take responsibility for the timely completion of projects assigned while meeting all project quality and budget objectives.
  • Interact with Clients to seek input and address their needs and concerns with respect to the project(s) under study.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor of Science or higher in Electrical Engineering or related field.
  • 5+ years of professional experience as a Power Systems Engineer with hands-on experience working with steady-state and dynamic base cases.
  • Solid understanding of power system basics, transient stability, and master in of-the-shelve software tools like PSS/E and TARA.
