Position Overview:
- Seeking an experienced Lead System Architect with deep Pega expertise to lead complex enterprise application architecture.
- This role provides technical leadership, design oversight, and hands-on development support.
Key Responsibilities:
- Serve as technical authority for Pega implementations and align solutions with business objectives.
- Lead integrations, enforce best practices, conduct reviews, and ensure compliance.
- Mentor developers and troubleshoot production issues.
Required Qualifications:
- 8+ years in IT architecture and current Pega LSA Certification required.
- Extensive experience with Pega Infinity, Constellation UX, and enterprise architecture.
- Strong analytical, communication, and remote collaboration skills.
