Outbound SDR

Join HeyGen's growing marketing team as an Outbound Sales Development Representative. As one of the first members of this SDR team, you will be instrumental in helping to define processes and discover and share best practices. This is a high-agency, zero-to-one role for someone excited to learn, build, and grow quickly in the AI space. Learn the fundamentals of expanding HeyGen's customer base by prospecting and qualifying potential customers. The right person will be energized by the opportunity to grow our customer base while also building programs, testing new approaches, proactively collecting insights, and continuously optimizing as we scale. Key responsibilities include generating sales pipeline by delivering qualified discovery meetings for the Account Executive (AE) team, collaborating with Marketing and Product to provide feedback and inform campaigns to book demos/meetings with target ICPs, and executing an Account-Based (lite) go-to-market motion where you will strategically work high-value accounts while balancing coverage through higher volume activity.
