Senior Product Designer

**What you'll do:**

• Own the design of a product area end to end—strategy, flows, edge cases, and shipped quality.
• Design flows, not just screens—identify where users will get stuck and treat self-service as a primary discipline.
• Contribute directly to Pluma, our design system, by using it well, proposing extensions, and fixing inconsistencies.

**Compensation & Benefits:**

• Starting salary is $171k–$193k USD per year, plus 100% coverage of medical, dental, vision, and more.
