Frontend Software Engineer

PlayOn is seeking a Frontend Software Engineer to build and improve web applications used by millions of high school sports fans. In this role, you'll develop user interfaces using React, TypeScript, JSX, and CSS, collaborating with product managers, designers, and backend engineers. You will write concise and reusable UI components, increase application performance, and modernize design implementations. The ideal candidate will have 2+ years of web application development experience, a strong understanding of ES6 and JSX, and experience with reactive frameworks like ReactJS. Familiarity with NextJS or similar frameworks, backend development, AWS, CDNs, SEO, and front-end performance tuning are also valuable.
