The Opportunity:
- Own the technical lifecycle of omics pipelines.
- Lead assessment of structure & update dependencies.
- Build a comprehensive automated validation framework.
About the Mission:
- Modernize the engine of genomic research.
- Build and refine pipelines that process omics data.
- Ensure scientific decision-making is supported by computational infrastructure.
What You’ll Do:
- Perform review of Nextflow-based omics pipelines.
- Lead the design and implementation of unified test suite.
- Propose and implement updates to pipeline dependencies.
Required Qualifications:
- Extensive experience in bioinformatics pipeline development.
- Mastery of Nextflow for workflow orchestration.
- Deep understanding of common omics pipelines.
