About the Role:
- Own significant pieces of AI-powered functionality from idea to production.
- Work across ML engineering, data pipelines, and product integration.
- Be a driving voice in shaping AI/ML architecture.
Responsibilities:
- Design, build, and productionize ML and agentic AI features.
- Partner with product engineering to embed AI capabilities.
- Own evals, ground truth, and MLOps tooling.
- Communicate with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Qualifications:
- 6+ years in data science or ML engineering with production experience.
- Strong Python and software engineering skills.
- Experience with MLOps, AWS, and data warehousing.
- Ability to lead technical work and influence direction.
