Remote BCBA - Pacific & Mountain time (Spanish/Bilingual)

Centria is looking for an adept, Spanish-speaking Clinician who loves to supervise from home! This is a fully-remote work set-up. The BCBA hired for this remote role will be supporting clients primarily in Arizona. The Foundations of Care model puts clients at the center of everything we do and promises individualized programming through assent-based care, utilizing Universal Protocols, trusted methodologies, and the most current science available. Responsibilities include providing clinical oversight to clientele to drive compliance and retention to achieve optimal outcomes, training and managing a team of Behavior Technicians, and engaging parents in ABA therapy to improve client outcomes.You will develop child-specific behavior plans following the principles of ABA therapy.
