Job Description
We're seeking a Design Engineer to bridge the gap between design and engineering at GC AI. In this role, you'll help shape our design system implementation, architect front-end solutions, and ensure seamless user experiences across our platform. You'll be instrumental in creating intuitive interfaces that transform how legal professionals work, making sophisticated legal tasks feel simple and accessible.
As a Design Engineer, you'll be crafting the visual systems and interactions that make sophisticated legal work feel simple and intuitive. Your work won't just look good - it will fundamentally change how legal teams operate, making their work faster, smarter, and more impactful.
You will architect and implement complex UI components and systems that balance aesthetics with technical performance. You will lead the technical implementation and evolution of our design system across our marketing. You will create prototypes to explore new interaction models and validate design concepts for legal workflows. You will also establish best practices for front-end development and component architecture.
