Compensation and Benefits:

Total target earnings of $100,000 to $120,000, consisting of a base salary plus monthly performance bonuses.
Full medical, dental, and vision coverage, a 401(k) plan, paid parental leave, and an open PTO policy.
Continuing education and certification costs are fully covered, and all necessary work equipment is provided.

Role Responsibilities:

Conduct remote evaluations, fittings, and follow-up care for patients across licensed states, managing your own schedule and caseload.
Educate patients on hearing technology and provide clinical feedback to improve tools and workflows for a better patient experience.
Collaborate with the sales team to ensure seamless patient journeys and contribute insights to the global clinical network.

Qualifications and Culture:

Must hold an active HIS license in specified states with 2+ years of fitting experience and have passed the ILE exam.
Requires a patient-first approach, strong organizational skills, comfort working independently, and reliable home internet.
