As a Dynamics CE Senior Developer, you will be involved in:
-Reviewing, auditing, and improving customer journeys in Dynamics 365 (D365).
-Ensuring seamless operations from initial website form entry to final lead disposition.
-Implementing solutions that enhance performance, efficiency, and user experience.
Your responsibilities include:
-Assessing and optimizing call schedules, sequencing, and prioritization.
-Aligning system configurations with call log data and coordinating deployment of changes.
-Managing end-to-end changes, from requirements gathering to production deployment.
