About the Role:
- You will support the launch of behavioral health and medical services in Arizona.
- You will participate in payer enrollment and credentialing processes.
- You will engage in user research interviews to understand the landscape.
Qualifications:
- You hold an active, unrestricted Arizona medical license and are board-certified.
- You have active DEA registration and experience with telehealth.
- You demonstrate strong attention to detail and responsiveness.
Engagement Details:
- This is a 1099 independent contractor position at $100/hr.
- The schedule is flexible with an estimated 1 hour per week.
- Opportunity to expand involvement as patient services launch in Arizona.
