Cultivate a deep understanding of the evolving global maternal health context including key health trends, country needs and priorities, funding landscape and trends, product strategies, and partner ecosystem
Drive the strategic direction and vision of the maternal health program portfolio and development of product access strategies across key focus areas.

Program Management and Implementation:

Lead a team to drive maternal health strategies and workstreams forward by ensuring achievable and clear project plans are in place
Guide the team to develop compelling, clear, and data-driven materials, deliverables, and key messages to shape external stakeholder discussions and meet grant expectations

Relationship and Stakeholder Management:

Become established as a respected maternal health advisor within CHAI and within the global community by building trust, demonstrating technical knowledge, and operating with a high degree of professionalism and cultural sensitivity and competency
Develop and foster relationships with key senior external stakeholders working in maternal health including global donors, procurers, implementing partners, and normative bodies
