Strategic Leadership:

  • Cultivate a deep understanding of the evolving global maternal health context including key health trends, country needs and priorities, funding landscape and trends, product strategies, and partner ecosystem
  • Drive the strategic direction and vision of the maternal health program portfolio and development of product access strategies across key focus areas.

Program Management and Implementation:

  • Lead a team to drive maternal health strategies and workstreams forward by ensuring achievable and clear project plans are in place
  • Guide the team to develop compelling, clear, and data-driven materials, deliverables, and key messages to shape external stakeholder discussions and meet grant expectations

Relationship and Stakeholder Management:

  • Become established as a respected maternal health advisor within CHAI and within the global community by building trust, demonstrating technical knowledge, and operating with a high degree of professionalism and cultural sensitivity and competency
  • Develop and foster relationships with key senior external stakeholders working in maternal health including global donors, procurers, implementing partners, and normative bodies
