Key Responsibilities:
- Teach synchronous online bootcamps for CompTIA CySA+ and other certifications using Microsoft Teams.
- Plan and organize instruction to maximize student learning and engagement.
- Modify instructional methods to meet diverse student needs.
Qualifications:
- Appropriate certification in CompTIA A+, Network+, Security+, or related fields (e.g., CISSP, AWS, Azure).
- Minimum one year of training experience, ideally delivering IT certification bootcamps.
- Effective presentation skills and familiarity with tools like CertMaster or TestOut.
Work Environment:
- Remote position requiring residence in California, New Mexico, Florida, or Massachusetts.
- Variable-hour schedule with classes Monday through Friday or weekends, up to 8 hours per day.
- Home office with secure internet; must maintain data security and confidentiality.
