Teaching Responsibilities:
- Deliver engaging synchronous online courses in science, adapting instructional methods to diverse student needs.
- Maintain accurate student records and ensure compliance with accreditation and FERPA regulations.
- Collaborate with colleagues and academic departments to support student success and institutional goals.
Required Qualifications:
- Master's degree in the subject area with at least 18 units, or appropriate credentials for IT courses.
- Minimum three years of field experience or two years of teaching experience; synchronous online teaching preferred.
- Proficiency in MS Office, Microsoft Teams, and learning technologies such as Canvas.
Work Environment and Culture:
- Remote position requiring residence in California, Florida, Massachusetts, or New Mexico with a home office setup.
- Flexible schedule with live classes Monday and Tuesday evenings, allowing work-life balance.
