Mortgage Loan Funder

The Mortgage Loan Funder will be responsible for creating accurate Closing Disclosures and obtaining approval from the borrower, title company, and Loan Officer. They will prepare and deliver closing packages to settlement agents on time and order funds for closing, confirming receipt 24 hours before closing. Field incoming calls and correspondence, enhance relationships with title companies, partners, and clients, and be responsible for assigned duties. The Mortgage Loan Funder will review and clear Compliance Alert (Mavent) fails/warnings, clear Funding conditions, and complete closing instructions for settlement agents. They will ensure compliance with federal, state, and investor regulations and guidelines and monitor and meet daily/monthly funding goals and deadlines. Experience with various loan products, including Conventional, FHA, VA, USDA, and DPA’s is required.
