Cost Segregation Consultant / Construction Estimator

Responsibilities:

• Prepare cost segregation studies for real estate clients across the U.S.
• Review construction documents, invoices, settlement statements, and fixed asset schedules.
• Assist with on-site property inspections to document building systems and components as needed.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture, Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• 2+ years of experience in cost segregation, construction, engineering, estimating, appraisal, inspections, or related fields.
• Knowledge of construction cost data (e.g., RSMeans or Marshall & Swift) is a plus.
