Estimator Division 7 Experience

ABOUT THE ROLE:

• Seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Remote Estimator.
• Critical in helping us secure commercial and residential projects by providing precise, competitive, and timely cost estimates.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Cost Estimation: Prepare comprehensive and accurate cost estimates.
• Project Analysis: Review project blueprints, specifications, and scopes of work.
• Documentation: Maintain meticulously organized records of all estimation data.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:

• 2 years of proven experience in construction estimation Division 7 in USA market.
• Excellent verbal and written English skills.
• Proven track record of working successfully with U.S.-based companies.

DESIRED SKILLS:

• Experience with industry-standard estimation software.
• A "measure twice, cut once" mentality with a high degree of accuracy in calculations.
• Strong self-management skills suited for a fully remote environment.
