• Prepare detailed residential construction budgets and material takeoffs.
• Generate initial drafts of residential contracts based on project scopes and estimates.
• Actively maintain and suggest improvements for the core Excel budgeting tool.

Requirements:

• Three years of hands-on experience in construction takeoffs and budgeting.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills.
• Proven ability to quickly master new processes, tools, and complex spreadsheets.
