Senior Site Payment Analyst

As a Senior Site Payment Analyst you will be joining the world’s largest & most comprehensive clinical research organisation, powered by healthcare intelligence. In this role, you will work with the sponsor RPA team to modify and enhance the BOTs currently used by Site Payments. You'll generate ideas and solutions to improve requested contract/budgets to make paying sites smoother. You will act as a mentor for other Site Payment Analysts, assisting in the training of new staff and providing input to the Site Payment Manager. Responsibilities include ensuring all Investigational Site Budgets are entered accurately, performing periodic QCs and reconciliations, and acting as a point of contact for investigational sites for payment-related questions. You'll also release payments as outlined in agreements, provide updated documents to the Sponsor's Payment System, approve invoiceables submitted by sites, and participate in close out meetings with PMs and CBAs. The role involves enhancing skills in discerning and responding to issues at sites that pose risks and advancing consistency and completeness of interactions with sites.
