Performance Objectives:

  • Own (design, build, and maintain) a modern, data stack (Snowflake + dbt + Power BI).
  • Deliver reliable, scalable data models and dashboards.
  • Enable self-service analytics and data-driven decision-making.

Key Success Factors:

  • Take end-to-end responsibility for data integrity and dashboards.
  • Understand SaaS metrics and how data supports strategic decision-making.
  • Proactively approach ambiguous or messy data challenges with creativity.

Required Skills & Experience:

  • Possess 5+ years in business intelligence, analytics engineering, or a data-focused role.
  • Demonstrate advanced SQL proficiency and strong cloud data warehouse experience.
  • Exhibit excellent data visualization and dashboard development skills.
