Freelance SEO Specialist

Looking for a Freelance SEO Specialist to join our Marketing team and help us continue driving the energy transition in Spain. You will help boost our organic presence and take Octopus Energy to the top 5 of Google results in electric mobility, energy rates, self-consumption and aerothermal energy. In addition, you will help us prepare for SEO in IA search engines, such as ChatGPT or Gemini, leaving a legacy of knowledge within the team. Responsibilities include performing complete SEO audits (technical, content and web structure), designing and implementing a 4-month SEO strategy, optimizing web structure, metadata, internal linking and key content, creating a guide of good SEO practices and IA search engines for the internal team, coordinating with the marketing and content team to align objectives, reporting weekly progress and KPIs to the digital marketing manager, and meeting the SEO objectives defined within the established timeframe.
