The Role:
- Own ML models and evaluations end to end for auto casualty claims.
- Build AI-native products with a small, senior team on medical bills.
- Combine statistical modeling with LLM evaluation and ship production code.
Key Responsibilities:
- Build and ship statistical, ML, and hybrid LLM models on real claims data.
- Design evaluations and gold datasets with subject matter experts.
- Measure impact through experiment design, baselines, and ROI analysis.
Requirements:
- Typically 5+ years in machine learning or quantitative engineering.
- Strong Python and SQL with a track record of productionizing models.
- Experience with statistical ML and LLMs including RAG and embeddings.
