About the position:
- Owns the build and evaluation of AI solutions for assigned use cases.
- Exercises professional judgment on technical approach and implementation.
- Impact measured by the quality and reliability of delivered systems.
What you'll do:
- Build, test, and improve LLM, RAG, and tool-using agent workflows in Python.
- Select evaluation criteria, baselines, and test datasets within the team's framework.
- Investigate retrieval misses, incorrect answers, and workflow failures.
What you'll need:
- 5+ years in data science, ML, applied AI, or software engineering.
- Strong Python, LLM, RAG, and Databricks experience.
- Excellent analytical problem-solving and communication skills.
Compensation and benefits:
- Salary range $136,000 – $206,000 per year.
- Comprehensive medical, dental, vision, unlimited PTO, and 401(k).
- Eligible for company bonus or commission plan depending on position.
