We’re looking for a growth-minded Customer Marketing Manager to design and execute programs that deepen engagement with our customer base and drive cross-sell and upsell opportunities. This role is central to turning our existing customers into long-term, expanding relationships. You’ll partner cross functionally to build targeted, integrated campaigns and communications that highlight the value of our solutions, encourage adoption, and surface new opportunities for customers to expand their partnership.

As a data-driven Growth Strategist, you will design and execute integrated marketing campaigns to drive measurable revenue growth for Claims and Reference + Affiliation verticals. You'll own campaign strategy, test new growth tactics, optimize performance, and scale programs that deliver business impact. This role requires curiosity, collaboration, and analytical skills, with a passion for turning data into actionable insights and results.
