AI and Machine Learning Strategy Manager

Manage the AI and Machine Learning vision, strategy, and implementation across the enterprise. Manage a team of highly skilled data scientists capable of evolving the quality and sophistication of AI/ML models and insights across the enterprise. Maintain the competitive advantage through research and development activities that target specific areas of our business that can maximally benefit from AI and ML technologies. Partner with other IT teams to establish the infrastructure required for the data to enable development of sophisticated AI/ML solutions on a cloud platform. Consult with business partners to identify opportunities and implement solutions that maximally leverage AI and Machine Learning to achieve their business objectives. Advises business partners on advanced analytics opportunities on an ongoing basis, builds, motivates & mentors a team of data scientists to grow their skills and careers, and defines and implements AI & Machine Learning best practices
