Areas of Responsibility:
- Conduct first-level technical reviews of tax returns and supporting documents, ensuring completeness and accuracy
- Consult with clients via email or phone, as needed, being responsive to their communications (24-48 hour turnaround time) and ensuring all client promises are delivered upon timely
- Prepare complex tax returns involving 1031 transactions or Form 3115
Measures for Success:
- Timeliness and accuracy of deliverables and workpapers
- Happiness rating of clients
- Development of your technical skills
Expectations for remote work:
- Clean background with no noise or distractions
- Business casual attire for client interactions
- Always use video (80% of communication is non-verbal)
